To fulfill this mission, Ostinata presents an open structure in which ideas circulate freely and are the result of exchanges of multiple individualities and collectivities. It was deliberately decided not to impose predetermined themes but to allow for the freedom 

to suggest events and activities that reflect social needs at the time in which these arise. Ostinata thus integrates into the social fabric and becomes an important point of reference for the neighborhood.
